Joëlle Pineau awarded NSERC’s Steacie Memorial Fellowship

In recognition of her innovative work in artificial intelligence, Professor Joëlle Pineau was awarded one of NSERC's prestigious E.W.R  Steacie Memorial Fellowships in a ceremony today in Ottawa.  Steacie Fellows receive $250,000 over two years and are relieved of teaching and administrative duties so that they can devote their time and energy to research.
